My graphic design journey began in high school, where I gained hands-on experience in graphic design and the printing industry. After graduation, I refined my skills at various print shops. Upon moving to Florida, I became the Production Manager for a car & truck magazine. Since then, I’ve applied my design expertise in every role I’ve held, including freelance projects. Over the past year, I focused intensively on one company, designing all their flyers, updating their weekly schedule for both print and web, and managing their social media postings.

As an administrative assistant, I managed office operations, coordinated meetings, and provided executive support, showcasing strong organizational and multitasking abilities. I excelled in creating professional PowerPoint presentations and leveraging Excel and Word for various tasks, ensuring smooth and efficient office operations. Even as I advanced in my career, I continued to refine and maintain these essential skills.

My IT journey began in helpdesk support, which led to roles in network administration, helpdesk management, and eventually becoming an IT Director. In 2017, I transitioned from the hardware side of IT to focus full-time on Salesforce, where I’ve continued to expand my expertise.
